The Whitecaps women are blazing new trails in Canada's most played sport and encouraging girls to become healthy, active and fit. A focus on U-20 development will ensure that the achievements of Whitecaps alumni like Andrea Neil, Christine Sinclair and Kara Lang can be replicated in the future.

Residency

At the top of the Whitecaps youth development model is the residency program. The only one of its kind in North America, the Whitecaps residency program is already creating a new generation of 'Made-in-Canada' stars. Whether here at home, in Europe or in Asia, these young men will inspire many more youth to get active in the "world's game".
